Terms of service

By using Atelier, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product. These terms form a contract between you and Atelier AI Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Atelier provides AI-generated room redesigns based on photos you upload. The service includes a vision model that reads your photo, an image model that renders a redesign, and a language model that writes a piece list. All three steps run on third-party AI infrastructure.

Redesigns are inspiration, not construction plans. A redesign shows you a stylistic direction for your space. It does not make structural claims, does not represent accurate dimensions, and does not guarantee that any piece in the piece list will fit your room. Atelier makes no warranty that a rendered redesign reflects what your room will look like after physical changes. For structural or architectural decisions, consult a licensed professional.

You may use Atelier to:

• Redesign rooms in your own home or spaces you have permission to photograph.
• Use redesigns for personal decision-making, client presentations, or similar legitimate purposes.
• Share redesigns you have created.

You may not use Atelier to:

• Upload photos of spaces or people without permission.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or billing.
• Resell or redistribute redesigns as your own AI-generated image product.
• Use automated systems to generate redesigns at scale beyond what your plan allows.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these terms without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@ateliernova.net if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Atelier. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Paid plans are billed in USD by Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Annual plans are billed once per year. Monthly plans are billed once per month.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry and notify you. Repeated payment failures may result in plan downgrade or account suspension.

You retain ownership of the room photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant Atelier AI Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store the photo to produce your redesign. This license ends when you delete the photo or your account.

You retain ownership of the redesigns produced from your photos, subject to any terms of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you generate complies with applicable law.

The Atelier product, brand, code, and design are owned by Atelier AI Inc.. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

Atelier is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that redesigns will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atelier AI Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on a redesign for construction, purchasing, or architectural decisions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of law provisions. For disputes with consumers in California, California law applies to the extent required. You and Atelier AI Inc. agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
